Land is being cleared, leveled and prepared, for a new constuct at sw 134th and Penn. This is immediately north of the new Casey's General Store under construct at same intersection. Does anyone know what is planned there?

New bank coming to town and they own the whole corner from Casey’s to where the water building is to the north. They are building a branch location then will be selling off the rest for development

You are welcome. Nice to see this corner developing. Lots of opportunity along 134th from Penn to I44. Interested to see what materializes.
