On the Great British Baking Show tonight, they made arlettes, a cinnamon-flavored crisp croissant cookie. Can we get them at any bakery or grocery in OKC?

Does look like Ganache has them but they have a bunch of other types of croissants:

Hm, they must be a new development. I looked up arlettes and I haven't seen anything like it over there.

If Ganache does not make them, you could always give them a call and ask if they can make them!

It's a palmier. Just rolled differently. La Baguette has them still, but Ganache should too.

Costco sells these called Palmers. Really good too.
