These guys are building a new facility on the I-35 East Frontage Rd north of Wilshire, right next to the Deep Fork of the Canadian, which is right across the highway from my family property.

Quick glance of the interwebs shows that they seem to be straight up fracker juice slingers. Any one have any input on these chaps?

I'm always interested in new industrial/commercial facilities. What kind are they building? Just a warehouse or does it look like a manufacturing place? I looked them up and they're involved in a number of industries beyond oil/gas.

It looks like a medium-sized distribution facility. Footprint doesn't appear particularly large when compared to many of the other build-ups in the area.
