Yes. It's so great to have a vegan option that focuses on the health benefits of a plant based diet rather than just the ethical dimension. They let the plants speak for them selves and aren't trying to mimic non-vegan food. I love Red Cup, and The Loaded Bowl is decent, but Plant is satisfying a market for people who want clean, healthy food over heavy comfort food. The prices are a little higher than I like, but it's easily the best vegan restaurant in the city. Definitely worth a try!

This is the first I have heard of it, but from the look of the menu, it sounds impressive. I hope they have their model down, as i would really like them to succeed. Vegan in this town is an uphill battle, but hopefully enough folks have come around to the idea that it will find a foothold. I for sure am interested in trying it out.
