I do know that, to the west, that was just changed from residential to commercial - but I haven't heard what, if anything, is going in there yet. That whole strip from Sonic to the east is part of the focus of the 'Village Vision'. I'm only asking because Waverly is the eastern boundary of The Village and the Sonic is in Oklahoma City, past the eastern boundary.
