This previously abandoned apartment building is currently in the process of being gutted and renovated, does anyone have any additional information or any renderings of what the finished product will look like?

There was a fire and it's being restored.

I don't think the exterior will change much.

Wow, this is a big improvement. Very cool to see these small scale apartments getting some love all over the core. The stabilizing effect these projects have on the immediate area is a big deal.

I keep telling people who want to live in the core but think everything is too expensive...

Look all around the Paseo. Tons of little apartment buildings, 4-plexes, etc. and they are generally reasonable.

Same in the Plaza area.
