Anyone have more information on the four to five concrete buildings that are going up behind Gentle Care Vet and Surf Wash on 178th?

There is a standard strip mall near completion to the east that appears will have a chicken restaurant, lash studio and some others. These are stand alone structures that look like another office park, but look quite large for a typical dental/law office type setup.

Is the property the first image below or the second?

The buildings are being built on the property in the first picture.

It's a retail complex.

Thus far, they have a dance studio, karate place and orthodontics office.

It looks like there is a meat market going in the existing strip mall. Does anyone have information on it?
