NBC Bank bought the 2 acre property and building at 6301 N. Western (SW corner of 63rd & Western) last year for $6.2M.

Chesapeake had paid $7M in 2010 (double what had been paid 5 years before) then sold to an LLC which paid $5M before flipping the property to NBC after a year.

They plan to put in a drive-thru ATM. The building was a former school and built in 1935.

Good location for them. First National Bank of Oklahoma has done well at 50th and Western.
