It definitely could be true. Now that I think about it, I get my haircut in Duncan Brothers inside the mall, and my hairdresser had told me that they were thinking about shutting down that location. They had a big meeting recently with the mall, but I haven't heard since. She didn't tell me why they were closing, but I couldn't imagine it being due to slow business because she's always telling me about how busy they always are.
