Flying out early tomorrow morning and thought I might grab breakfast after passing through security. The food choices are disappointing. What happened to the Sonic? I don't drink coffee or eat bagels, etc so that eliminates half the choices. Others aren't open at 5:30 a.m. Of the ones left, I can't find a menu for any of them. The airport website shows Schlotzsky's opening at 5 but the corporate website says they don't open until 10:30. I don't want to eat before I get there but what option do I have if I want meat or eggs?

Cinnabon, Schlotzskys , Moe's and Tuckers were open when I had early morning flights in the last month. They serve breakfast foods. The website says Schlotzsky's and Cinnabon's opens at 5. Moe's at 6AM. No time for Tuckers but as I said they were open around the same time.

Tucker's was open at 6 the other morning.

I doubt OKC will have better food options - we're not a connecting airport with lots of people waiting in between flights, we're an "O&D" airport. People show up, get on their planes, come back and head home. Local Chik fil A franchisee was approached by the Airport Authoirty a few years ago, they passed based on low volume.

shouldn't this move to the Will Rogers World Airport thread since it is airport facility related and not a critique of WRWA food/restaurant/bar? I'm presuming the intent is to shed light on the fact that facilities are not open early/late enough - which is ridiculous beyond belief.
