Does anyone know what they are doing to the part of the park where the monuments are? They have it fenced off. I haven't seen any changes or activity there in awhile.

My SweetHeart and I were planning to visit the location yesterday for a picnic. The weather didn't agree. We might try again this evening, yet the weather doesn't look promising. The picnic will either be a pre-cooked chicken and sides from Walmart or a pizza from Luigi's (at the corner of May and Wilshire. So . . . Have you noticed how the contractors, for all the road improvements from Britton to Memorial on Penn, have decided to create an I-35 style KlusterFukke). Me Neither.
