It’s always perplexed me, as development has moved north, west, and now east from here, how this area has remained empty. I think the land at the SE corner of May and Memorial is the most well-positioned vacant land in all of north OKC and can’t believe it’s never been built out. mugofbeer 04-21-2019, 09:11 AM Schools? stlokc 04-21-2019, 09:15 AM I believe that area is in Edmond schools. But as for the corner, that’s obviously commercial or office. So schools wouldn’t matter in that case anyway. OkiePoke 04-21-2019, 07:43 PM Who is the developer? Looks like some 1,200 sq. ft. to mostly ~1,550 sq ft. homes. ThunderUp123 04-25-2019, 03:14 PM Looks like a great development, close to all of the retail/entertainment. Do we know any more about this? Plutonic Panda 08-23-2021, 05:23 PM Pete, not to nitpick, but this is well underway and I noticed the sign said Highland "Point" not Park. Richard at Remax 08-24-2021, 07:09 PM I dunno about these. I'm sure they will sell, but being in the middle of a sea of apartments just doesn't seem very desirable to me . stlokc 08-24-2021, 07:28 PM It would certainly help if there were a lot more trees and landscaping in general - like in the medians of the boulevards. The area looks quite desolate and not well kept. I was home in OKC this weekend and happened to be driving on 164th/15th a couple of miles west of Broadway. Even though the general area looked exceedingly average, it was enhanced to a surprising degree by the landscaped medians. Kind of surprised me. |
