A building with six apartments is proposed for a largely vacant lot on the corner of NW 22nd and Olie in Mesta Park.

The primary structure (apartment building) was demolished some time ago and the developers plan to demo the remaining garage with some very small apartments below. Believe it's been vacant for quite some time.
