Drinks to go is absolutely no problem whatsoever. Drinking them on the go is.

We've been a couple of times during COVID and we like it. It's like an alcoholic slush. The bags refreeze well so you dont have to finish it in one sitting, so have what you wand and just put it back in your freezer. It won't freeze to a solid block because it's alcohol. So take it back out and you have a slush again.
