Work has been going on for several weeks at the former Shell station on the SE corner of NW Highway and Meridian. Anyone know what’s planned for this location?

Wish it was an overpass with ramps.....

^^^ that would be nice. They need to make NWE more of an expressway instead of a typical surface street. It’s also getting close to needing 8 lanes instead of six. The BRT will be nice for the corridor.

I haven't seen any building permits.

I believe they are just removing the underground tanks.

It’s odd that they’ve removed the canopy and pumps, and are digging up the tanks, but haven’t touched any of the three buildings on the site.

I believe that Circle K had to remove the tanks as part of the lease deal.
