Wonder what they're going to do with the space? Is the Boulevard closing, too? (Sorry, I just creep on here from time to time and just noticed this post).

I love the Martini Bar!

Interesting, although that's rather a bummer. I loved the vibe of the MB. Few other bars have that more upscale feel to them.

Don't get this at all.

They need to close Boulevard and keep the Martini Lounge. Haven't had a decent meal at Boulevard in years. At least the Martini Lounge was a fun place to stop in for a light meal, drinks and some live music.

Was hoping it wouldn't happen. They've been planning this and missing their close date for many months now.

Italian food with 3 $$$... doubt I ever go.

Went last night with a group of 6. Really nice buildout. Place was packed. We were there till closing. Had a great time and the food we ordered was really good. We all ordered different things and shared. My favorite was the chicken parmigiana (pizza style) with pink peppercorn honey drizzled on top. Also the DIY cannolis were really good too. Ordering was a bit slow and hectic, but, they are still sorting it out. We will definitely be going back. I did think the prices were bad at all for the type of establishment. Plus, every entree I saw could have easily been shared with 2-3 people. I'll post most with pics in a dedicated thread.

Went this weekend. Agree with most everything on previous post, so I won't be redundant. Did think the bar service was unusually slow. Our waitress came by twice apologizing for delay. Good food/value.
