Seems the Buy for Less at 36th and MacArthur has closed. Anyone know anything about this or what may be coming into the area. There is also some decent real estate available around 39th and Portland...one (NE corner) has the MW paint on it looking like its going to be leveled and just to the east of it the AAA building which now relocated to May is available. Hopefully with the existing Winco and OnCue coming, there will be some good additions to the area and not just some more used car dealers.
