In recent weeks the Jim's Diner at NW 63rd/Meridian closed. I heard the other day the tag agency located next to Academy between NW Expy and 63rd will be moving into the old Jim's Diner location (which used to be the old Catfish Cabin location). There is now a large dumpster in front of the door for the remodeling crew to use.

I was in there last week and was told they would be moving in December.

Wonder why? They capture a ton of traffic right off NW Exp now, new location is off path (albeit not far but still is)

With the construction of hotels by BWW is it possible tenants are moving out of strip to make way for some super secret future developement in same location? Or is it just wanting a new locale?
