It is a lot, I think, to assume Doyle has a rational response to anything. Sloan could have influenced her by doing no more than introducing himself and politely hearing her out. I agree that she must have a source for courthouse gossip, but as you know, that could be anyone. Hell, as much sitting around as she does out there, she may have heard two strangers gossiping. I am told her signs came down because some homeless person destroyed them. I’m just applying Occam’s Razor.

You only need additional evidence if you're in deep denial.

1.) Photos of them leaving the area together - after first talking by her 'desk' then deciding to take their conversation elsewhere. I'm sure Sloan just finds her intellectually stimulating and had nothing to do with the actions that followed immediately.
2.) After their meeting she is photographed wearing a Vote for Sloan t-shirt (guess she picked that up at the mall, huh?).
3.) Right after those two events she takes down all her other signs (that wrapped around the building) and only had two signs - One pro-Sloan and one anti-Mai (with a racist tone). Those were the only two signs she displayed for one solid week. Coincidence I'm sure. Probably just didn't feel like putting up her other 26 signs and not that she wanted to make sure you only focused on two.
4.) Additional anti-Mai signs contained specific details that Sloan had complained to the election board about (and lost and he threw a childlike fit over in public). I guess that's a coincidence too. I mean Sloan didn't give her those details for her signs, the crazy protester lady probably attended the hearing, right?

But, it's all good. What was the finale count? 66% for the attorney with "no trial experience" and "not qualified for the position" I think is how Sloan put it.

I totally agree. But, it's obviously a reflection of whom the voters prefer to hold that position - all things considered (even "qualifications"). The criminal justice system should be a reflection of the citizenry in which it serves at the time. "Qualifications" go much further than a resume. I hold temperament, professionalism, maturity, and ability to remain neutral in just as high regard for a position such as this. IMO, those "qualifications" greatly fell in Judge Mai's corner.

She had really beefed up her presence going in the general election. Going back through he signs, it appears everybody she supported lost and the ones she racially trashed won.

Doyle hasn't been seen at the courthouse protesting since the general election. I don't know if her failed attempt to influence the election was her goal and so now she's gone for good - or - if this is just another temporary hiatus for her (she has been absent for up to 4 days in a row previously).

The bitter cold temperatures discourage all but the most zealous of protestors.

Out of all the things you did get wrong, this one really does bother me just because I think it is so gross and if I had the time, or the money, I'd sue you for defamation because you don't have a shred of proof I have ever urinated in the garage, because I never have. Which also means that you or someone you know has been stalking me, which is creepy. I've repeatedly told the homeless how gross it is but they don't seem to care. However if your Sherlock skills were accurate you would know about the only benefit I saw this summer of all the road construction for our trolley is the use of port-a-potties and although it might have appeared I was going into the garage at night to do my business, I was just walking thru to the potty that was in the alley of OG&E. Gee I didn't know I needed to post a sign of how I took care of my business, but now you know.

#3 Although you have apparently been stalking me, it has not been enough to know that during the summer I'd worked out a trade of pay to watch my protest at night, and if they weren't there when you were then you just missed them. It is a bit dumbfounding that you would think that I haven't been in constant communication and coordination with the Sheriff department, which is ultimately D.A. Praters Office.

#5 Just for the Record, it is McGuire who is blocking enforcing not only her Orders, but Judge Deason's 2010 Orders; she acted illegally 4-1-15 and has retaliated on me since with neither cases having viable dockets since 2015. As far as Carl being in jail, it wasn't until finally after almost 2 years of Carl in contempt every single month during the divorce that McGuire finally put him in jail for 30 days and that was just for the time period he was found guilty on from Nov 2012 to May 2013. I was never trying to re-punish him for that time, it's for the rest of time the contempt were for. McGuire didn't want to enforce him owing the 42k T.O. Orders any longer, which yes that amount was preserved after the divorce was final, and so she acted illegally and allowed a double jeopardy ruling 4-1-15, which again was not for the same time period and you guys should know that doesn't even apply in civil proceedings of enforcing Court Orders; her purpose is to kick it out for a civil case Judge to enforce her Orders and that's just the T.O., its the same with final Orders. Its really too complicated to go into here.

#6 I do want to say I've been harmed in ascending Order by Andrews, Henderson, Oakes, Truong, Timmons and McGuire with everything concerning them fair game to me. I've never said sexual favors were traded, in fact those have nothing to do with my cases. I stated facts I saw with my own eyes of Henderson and Truong's affair while I sat in his court for 4 months documenting his cases, which btw after I started my protest several people confirmed. I also said Truong banged attorneys that I'd heard since 2015, which was also confirmed by others. The very fact Truong hasn't sue me in her threat since March proves if its true you can't sue.

#7. My signs are my opinions alone, its you guys who blame Chris Sloan and that somehow he influenced me, when he never did. I simply met Chris and got to know him and decided to support him running for Judge is all that was, yet he had to take loads of crap for it. He wasn't telling me Courthouse secrets; its naive for anyone to think in the 11 years I've dealt with our Courts that I hadn't learned things; you guys don't have the patent on the only ones who know what goes on in our Courts.

#8. Finally, the most astonishing conclusion you guys have is you are witnessing me losing my mind. Apparently you cannot comprehend how much time, energy and effort it takes to protest and how utterly exhausting it is; it's not an undertaking for the weak of heart or mind. In fact, I was knocked on my ass for 5 years after I lost my son to 2012 alienation and it wasn't until the beginning of 2018 that I decided to put my feet up under me and fight the fact I have amazing Orders I can't get enforced due to corrupt Judges; I know during that time I simply didn't have it in me the strength or the will power to do what I'm doing now. But hey, you can believe what you want to, after all this is a free country as my protest supports.

I've represented people in the courtrooms of all of the judges you've mentioned. I can't imagine why Truong hasn't sued you as you can't have a shred of proof any of that happens. If she wanted to have personal relationships with attorneys, that is absolutely permitted. The way you went after (now) Judge Mai was race-baiting and just plain wrong. I don't mind the protest. In fact, I find that part of things commendable. I mind the message. I mind that you were going after judges for not enforcing orders because you are not a lawyer and tried representing yourself anyway and that you don't understand how to get those orders enforced--and that's the thing really--after all of this time, there is a right way to fix your situation. You just don't know because you don't know what you don't know. I've read most of the pleadings in your case. What Judge McGuire told you, I would stand behind 100%, she did everything in her power, ruling on what was properly before her to enforce those orders. You should hire an attorney. Judge McGuire is the kind of person who even you, after all the crap you've done, would still get a fair shake in her courtroom if you had the right arguments and the right facts on your side, which you easily could have if you had a good lawyer.

And your last attorney is one of the best in the business, so if he can't help you, I don't know who could.

--as an aside, Truong likely hasn't sued you because you are "judgment proof," in that in a defamation case, the thing the Plaintiff can win is money. From your foreclosure case, it appears you have filed for bankruptcy. So Judge Truong could hire an attorney, pay for them to sue you, likely win, likely get a judgment, and that'd be about the end of it. Not worth her time. Not worth her money.

Definitely not!

People who represent themselves have a bad reputation. First, it means they’re either too cheap to pay an attorney, or they think they can do a better job than an attorney. Neither of these traits endear these folks to attorneys. If they do end up hiring a lawyer, they are notoriously difficult clients, second-guessing everything their lawyer says or does and then getting angry that it costs so much, or that it isn’t like they saw on TV.

They generally don’t understand the law, but they think they do, and when a judge rules against them they get mad. They will miss any legal issue that has any degree of subtlety, and they’ve spent so much time convincing themselves that their argument is sound, that they come to the conclusion that the judge must be biased. Good luck convincing them that they blew whatever shot they had because they don’t know what they’re doing.

So, no. Nobody here is going to represent her.

Look Dude, I'm certainly not going to argue the merits of my cases or try to convince you of anything. I don’t know what to say if you claimed you’ve read most of my pleadings other than you have way too much time on your hands to be concerned about me. I know how long my dockets are in all 3 of my cases and I doubt very seriously if you read everything you claim. I do know I could’ve saved you a bunch of time directing you to 3-12-18 McGuire’s amended vol. 4a appendix explaining level of corruption McGuire committed beginning 4-1-15.

I had an attorneys, who are my friends, during all of my divorce who couldn't enforce Orders either; Carl was Ordered in both T.O. and Final Orders to pay for my house and my vehicle refusing to do so from the get go. I lost my son to alienation when Carl was Pro Se when I had counsel, so there's a hell of a lot more going on than meets the eye than just by looking at the docket.

Are you talking about Bret Glenn being such a bang up attorney? I paid him 3500.00 and within a month he bailed after (1) hearing in front of McGuire and (2) in front of Timmons cuz he didn’t believe me when I hired him McGuire was blocking both sets of Orders; so I’m not a big fan of him taking my money and running unable to do the job.

It’s a bit comical that you think because I’m not an attorney I’m unable to comprehend how to draft and file contempt information, set it on the docket, have Judge sign Contempt Citation and arraign Carl and have a trial. You seemed to miss the point that I watched Truong and Henderson for 4 months in his court carry on like neither were married, nor Judges. Judges take an Oath to be judicial on the bench and off. 2. Truong and Henderson were married and not to each other. 3. (3) They are ethical;
(4) They are skilled;
(5) They truly want to help people in their time of crisis; they don't look at other people’s misery as a payday.

You are definitely not going on my “Good Attorney Club” page. You’ve already shown you’re a bad attorney unable to honor your own Oath and are too busy harassing me. Instead you’re going to be on the page of “our Attorneys who are nothing more than paid whores-people paid to screw others”.

What is occurring in your life that you have nothing better to do than talk about me? Seriously dude, get a life and stop harassing me!

You’re just missing the point all the way around that I’m going to say one more time. Unless you got your license outta of a cracker jack box, which I’m thinking you did. You took an Oath to support, obey and defend our Constitutions. Which means by your Oath you must support my Right to Freedom of Speech, which also means you don’t get to harass me about my Freedom of speech or anything else for that matter; harassment is a crime.

You have absolutely no right to pass judgment upon me when you’ve obviously a jerk and shows what kind of a sorry excuse for a man you are and an attorney you are.

You have the nerve to call me racist, when you’re harassing me making snide comments that I lost my SUV when per your Oath as an Attorney you’re supposed to obey Court Orders; guess you don’t know that rule either [5O.S.Ch.1§3]. Yes, I get it’s not you actually failing to enforce them, but just the fact alone that you just disregard Orders I’ve had since 2012 my house and car are paid for I can’t get enforced and instead of bringing you pause, you’re making fun of it like a spoiled little brat is plain stupid, especially when I haven’t done jack to you.

Maybe your one of those Attorney’s banging Truong and why you’re taking such offense?

You can have disdain for racist if that’s what you think about me, but I have disdain for stupid people because you can’t fix stupid.

Just who were you spreading your words of wisdom for? Your other attorney friends who don’t need to hear your Pro Se opinons? Or was it for me cause you know I read the crap you’ve been writing about me? I think for me, which again is harassment.

For you to think any person would want to be Pro Se instead of having an attorney represent them in our corrupt Courts because “they are too cheap to pay an attorney” or “think they can do a better job than an attorney” “or isn’t like on TV” is just plain stupid.

It is fricking hard to be Pro Se and although it’s our Right to be Pro Se, our Courts are Pro Se prejudice; just as you just proved with your stupidity.

It’s also stupid that you think Pro Se have a bad reputation; your profession is the only one who is the butt of every other joke with your self-inflicted reputation and the only profession who make money off other people’s misery.

Why would you even flatter yourself in thinking or saying that I would even want you to represent me?

Let me enlighten your stupidity; people are forced to exercise their Pro Se rights because they don’t have the money to pay what you guys charge; a person can save their life with a doctor cheaper than hiring an attorney.

Further, we don’t have the privilege of going to any attorney who is a good Attorney because unfortunately searching for a good attorney is the proverbial needle in a haystack.

Instead we are plagued mostly by every Tom, Dick and Harry throwing up a shingle just cause they managed to pass law school who aren’t worth a damn as an attorney; we have so many bad attorneys the courts blame the people for having multiple attorneys when if we were just simply are afforded all good attorneys to pick from, then we wouldn’t be forced to have multiple attorneys.

I’m doing a page for our good Attorneys of people’s referrals so people can know before they mortgage their home or their first born child they are getting a good attorney.

Since you don’t honor your oath you’re obviously not a good attorney; let me enlighten you and tell you what makes a good Attorney.

(1) They Honor their Oath;
(2) They comply with the Rules of Professional Conduct and Code of Judicial Conduct;
(3) They are ethical;
(4) They are skilled;
(5) They truly want to help people in their time of crisis; they don't look at other people’s misery as a payday.
(6) They keep our Judges checked.

You are definitely not going on my “Good Attorney Club” page. You’ve already shown you’re a bad attorney unable to honor your own Oath and are too busy harassing me. Instead you’re going to be on the page of “our Attorneys who are nothing more than paid whores-people paid to screw others”.

I’m sure you’re one of our bad attorneys that are all friendly during the honeymoon phase before you get paid, but as soon you are paid, your clients can’t get a hold of them to save their life and you probably not only bill them for all the missed calls, you probably charge them when they do finally get a hold of you to ask why you’re not doing your job in representing them you bill them for that call too! There’s a list a mile long of bad attorney traits that I’m sure you fit the bill on all of them.
You’re also probably one of those bad attorneys that talk people into doing blind pleas just to clear your case load.

So far you’ve just been a minor distraction, but keep it up with your harassing remarks like I lost my vehicle and your continued harassment of me you’re gonna have my full attention; I’m pretty sure if I was to start researching you that I wouldn’t have to look far to find your skeletons. If I’ve taken on 30 out of our 35 Judges we had in 2018, I can certainly take on you.

You keep harassing me and I will begin by filing a bar complaint on you and then we’ll see how comical you think this all is.

You’re going to “enlighten his stupidity?” You’re calling someone else stupid??? You sit on your butt all day in front of the courthouse with your hoard of signs and make the street look like trash. I honestly don’t know how you can afford to sit around all day and be so lazy. Maybe if you were actually doing something productive instead of blabbering on and on here and sitting around the courthouse like an idiot, you’d still have a car. I always thought you were a nut based on visual evidence but after reading through your responses here...holy crap. You are on another level.
