The Circle K at SW 89th and Penn closed a few months ago (a likely casualty of the OnCue across the street and newly remodeled 7-Eleven down the road). However, I noticed the site now has construction fencing around it. Are they replacing with a new Circle K? Or is something else going in at the site?

I can't imagine this corner staying vacant for long. It is a very busy intersection.
