They've started land clearing on a vacant lot on the west side of Council just north of SW 29th street between two of the large bland warehouses. Any word on what's going in there?

Just a wild guess, another warehouse.

I’m the 6 years I’ve lived over here this has quickly become the primary warehouse district for this side of town.

What's dumb is that there is sooo much empty warehouse space on Council, im not sure why they think there's a demand there for it. Surely, if there was a demand, we would have seen more of the other ones leased. There are lots of different sizes from small to very large that are empty. And these new ones are not purpose built, they are speculative....ie emtpy once built.
