Not sure how many here subscribe to The Athletic but Brett Dawson is on a roll with really good articles recently. The one today is on the bond between Russ and PG. Last week he wrote a great one about Felton and his role on the team. I’d highly recommend it. Also great for OU football with Jason Kersey. Anyway, my plug for another subscription!

That was torture,almost. That would have been a tough one to overcome if they lost. That was like a heavyweight title fight.

It's not a must win but it's pretty close to one. A loss tonight pretty much assures no 2nd seed unless Denver falls apart. A loss would put the Thunder 4 back of Denver but in reality 5 since they have the tie breaker. They need to dig down and win this one. Portland on OKCs heels also.

Denver is a 3 point fav tonight and has been fantastic at home this year. It would be a huge win if OKC can pull it off. As you guys have said - if they don't, the focus will become keeping the 3 seed.
