Most people I talk to can't understand why the addition of turn lanes has taken so many months to complete. I've driven often on NW 23 during the construction there and it's been done in a timely manner. Not so for us on the West side of OKC. Anybody have a timeline on this project and an explanation for the slow-walking rate of construction?

There used to be signs saying the work was delayed due to AT&T not doing their part.
