Just a "what if" scenario....
Since Crest has pulled back on constructing a new store at Sooner and Covell for now, would there ever be a possibility of them selling the lot and going after the already built Homeland at Danforth and Bryant to serve Northeast Edmond? This store is similar to the Homeland that went out at SW104th and Penn with being an Albertsons store prior.
The reason I bring this up was an article the Oklahoman did when the store shifted from Albertsons to a Williams grocery stores. Williams did not last too long at that location and Homeland re-branded there after.

Crest has expanded their store footprint since 2007.
While this Homeland store is one of the nicer stores in the chain, it doesn't seem to have the foot traffic that Walmart Neighborhood Market or SuperTarget have just down the street. The footprint looks to be about the same as the Crest on Rockwell.
