It is looking good, but they should have painted/stained black on the edge of concrete behind the mural.

I am not a big fan of the mural, I just think it ruins the look on a very nice building

No. It makes a common parking garage very pleasing to the eye. When it's finished it will be much better than today.

LOL.. Never too early to start criticizing. Why wait to see the actual finished product.

I know some have said they don't care for the design but I like it. It's subtle yet still eye appealing.

They're painting the exposed concrete, no?

No. The project is finished apart from the mural and landscaping.

Yikes! Well hope a few red dirt dust storms blow up this year and cake on to that concrete lol.

Love the look of this.

Agree, that entire area ( park.convention center, hotel and garage) is IMO a transformational addition to the DT core

So much nicer looking than the privately built parking garages in downtown. The public art requirement makes such a big difference.

Now if the other parking lots would consolidate their space and build upwards to compensate for those lost spaces, they would contribute a lot more to the city. Also having art being mandatory on the siding would be great instead of seeing giant concrete blobs being erected. If they do that instead, you'd see a lot more space for developers to use freely. We'd have a lot more opportunity for mixed-use living and commercial retail to thrive in the city's core.
