It is looking good, but they should have painted/stained black on the edge of concrete behind the mural.

The public art requirement makes such a big difference. HFAA Alum 02-14-2021, 12:47 AM Now if the other parking lots would consolidate their space and build upwards to compensate for those lost spaces, they would contribute a lot more to the city. Also having art being mandatory on the siding would be great instead of seeing giant concrete blobs being erected. If they do that instead, you'd see a lot more space for developers to use freely. We'd have a lot more opportunity for mixed-use living and commercial retail to thrive in the city's core. |
