My guess is yes. It wouldn't make much sense to have a skybridge from garage to convention center, but not from garage to Omni. I don't know any other reason for a skybridge shaped hole in the perfect logical place for a skybridge.

I believe those square holes are windows; they are on all sides of the building.

The elevator shafts look very cool right now before the plarking shows up, the square in the omni could easily be access to the garage

Convention center garage parking:

Read a piece in the Oklahoma City Free Press that the garage will add 1,100 parking spaces and will be the most technologically advanced facility in the area--according to Embark officials.

The new MAPS 3 Convention Center, Omni Hotel, Boulevard Place & the Chesapeake Energy Arena will be the primary users of the new convention center garage expected to take 12 months to complete with an anticipated November 2020 opening.

Four companies submitted bids for the project; Embark awarded the bid to Manhattan Construction Company set at $23,581,030.89. The garage will have the flexibility to be expanded to 1,400 spaces according to Embark officials.

Prior estimates for construction cost were set at $28,800,000.

I wonder what they mean by "most technologically advanced". What technologies are they talking about?

I'm sure it's more than charging ports.
I'm sure it will have the occupied lights for every space with a summary of what's available per floor when you enter
What other features have you seen in a parking garage? recently?

Could have Pikepass type check-in/out. No need for printed tickets these days.
Maybe have a location app.... sort of like Google Maps for the garage indicating your car's location.

You will be able to identify your payment by using your license plate # when you pay; therefore no need for a print out ticket to post on your dash board. Part of a feature we have with the new downtown parking meters.

The original cost estimate for the garage was $40 million; now it's down below the $25 million range, also tech apps associated with your cellular phone service.

When do you think they will start on the apartments and retail to the north? Will this have to be completed first?

I don't think they'll start on Boulevard Place until the end of the year when the garage is largely complete.

By contract, the garage has to be finished by the time the Omni opens in January and I'm sure they'll want it finished when the convention center opens this fall.

Yes, it's amazing how much space it has filled with quality development. When the apartments get built it will be a pretty significant infill project. Now, we can hope for Strawberry Fields and the old cotton mill sites to densely fill in the next decade and we will have added a huge amount of urban downtown. With infill going on up to 23rd, and hopefully from the OU HSC to Western and Plaza Area, we might actually have a real urban environment big enough to brag about.

fingers crossed.

and ill add to that, hopefully existing and new inner city districts just outside the central city core [39th street, Asian District, Paseo, Uptown, Plaza (you mentioned), Eastside-23rd, Oklahoma Health Center including the Innovation Core, Capital Hill, etc) that are mature enough to praise/pride about.

Pretty much topped out and siding going up on the north side; this elevation will be completely covered by the new mixed-use development, Boulevard Place.

Not until next year at the earliest.

They haven't submitted their final design for approval or their building permit application.
