This is the office building being built on NW Expressway just west of MacArthur on the site of the old Joe's Crab Shack.

The new owners (principally a dentist) has said they plan to do future development on the east end of the property as well.

Oh nice, wow.. I didn't even realize Joe's was demolished. Good to see some new development on NW Expressway. I'm still amazed at how much new development is happening every day!

Boo! That would have been a cool space to include a restaurant at the bottom with a patio overlooking the pond.
