Looks like someone is remodeling the old Luigi's location next to BWW?

Any speculation on what's going in there?

Supposedly Alfredos is moving to that building.

Wonderful if true. Their current spot is just a mess in terms of parking.

But that Luigis building is cursed so hopefully they can exorcise it of its demons.

Just took a picture of this sign. I think they have enough of a following and being close to current location they should do good.

Only reason that building was "cursed" the last time was because Luigi's just wasn't that good.

Given the relative explosion of Italian restaurants over the last few years, I expect more shakeout in the coming months.
