Does anyone know anything about the Fresenius Kidney Care building at 450 N Eastern, by Moore High School? It has been there since the end of 2016 and I have never seen it open. I am not in the area that often, but i have driven by at different times of the day, but only once there was one vehicle parked behind the building.

From the county records it is in the name of Rockwell Debt-Free Properties, Inc out of Bountiful Utah. Over the past year they have been selling off shares, from 1.62% to 21.84% shares of the real estate and the rents between Vader Holdings (who sold to Rockwell Debt-Free Properties) and Bio-Medical Applications of Oklahoma Inc. To date they have sold more than 110% of the shares of the Real Estate.

I can't figure out what is going on with this property.

Their websites says they are open daily, but I've never seen it open. I haven't been by in a few weeks though, but it has been there more than a year.
