I thought it would be nice to compile a list of newish restaurants into one thread. Every time I get ready to go out to eat and try to think of a new restaurant I haven't tried yet, my mind goes blank.

Ha, I keep a list just like that in a notebook! Have to add a few:

MIDTOWN
Maples BBQ (Plaza eventually)
Nonesuch
Esca Vitae (but we don't think they're very good)

ASIAN
Tsubaki Szechuan

UPTOWN-ISH
Stone Sisters Pizza
Syrup

ELSEWHERE
Fusion Charcoal Grill (NW 36th/May)
Bistro 46 (NE 23rd, I believe, not sure exactly where)
Bacon (Grand/May)
En Croute (Western)
St. Mark's Chop Room (Western)
Ding Fusion (Bethany)
Pho 39 (Bethany)
Fait Maison (Edmond)

Haven't been to a majority of these, though, they're just "on the list" that we're working through.

HOLY COW. I knew there was a lot... but this is incredible.

I'd note though, En Croute is over the 1 year threshold (less than two though).

This is going to become the best thread on the board. Fantastic idea

I know it is a bit more work, but if this thread is going to be the "go to" for recent openings, could the list include the link to the thread discussing each place?

Go for it! ;)

I'll work on making this prettier and try to create something that it easy to search (and if I can figure out how, maybe even create a randomizer to pick where you're gonna eat based on certain criteria), but for now, if you all can just help me get the data compiled, that would be great :)

Yelp?

Yelp doesn't quite fit what I'm looking for. The new restaurants function only shows a few very recently opened places. Thanks for the suggestion though.

just look at that list. OKC's inner city is awesome, better/more dining than Seattle in my opinion.

Now this I'd be more interested in fleshing out.
