I see American Hitch Automotive that was at the corner of Broadway and 19th St has shut down. That is some good real estate property. I wonder what will come next.

The Shell Station next to it is kinda junky but it would be nice to see someone come into the corner and do something good with it.

Damonsmuz, you were 5 months early but you called it. The building has a for sale sign out front now. Definitely a great location once the building gets demolished. Even better if it wasn’t stuck between the Shell and the City Bites.
