The project is still shown on the website of the owner, but there hasn't been any movement in quite some time.

It's still listed on Kriya Hotels' website as a future location, and they still own the parcels according to county assessor data, for what it's worth...

No, no movement in a long time.

The hotel group still owns the property and still shows the Towne Place on their website as 'under development':
