You think we can get the developers to do something similar in Bricktown? :) metro 10-14-2005, 04:39 PM Without a doubt, $29 mil for a condo is nothing in OKC. J/K, I'm about tired of Bricktown, I'd rather see something new, especially something on that level in the arts district or CBD. I'd like to see high-rise condo's on the river. They will come to the river though in time, not on that scale though BDP 10-14-2005, 05:11 PM You think we can get the developers to do something similar in Bricktown? Haha. :) We complain about $1200/mo lofts. :) But seriously, if you click on Developer/Builder, there's some examples of things that could be done in downtown somewhere (automobile alley, perhaps?), paticularly that first building in the series. BDP 10-14-2005, 05:13 PM They will come to the river though in time, not on that scale though I couldn't even imagine what a singular 835 foot high building would like in OKC. That'd be crazy. :) John 10-14-2005, 05:21 PM Calatrava's work is unreal. His artwork is something else. From design to finished product, it's breathtaking. We already have Chihuly in town, next up Calatrava? :) Karried 10-14-2005, 05:59 PM OMG! Can you even believe that?? The views are so breathtaking - I would never leave! What about the Endless Pool on the veranda? That is such a stunning visual .... wow, that's 29M per unit and there are 10 units! I've never seen anything so cool (and I'm a little worried about heights) but I love this idea. |
