Looks to be a pretty ambitious operation.
Rant (the clothing store that previous occupied this space) had done a nice job of finishing that space and the new tenant completely gutted the place and started over.

I wonder if this is a relative of Harold Powell who is deceased who started Harold's in Norman in the late 40's.

This place seems inundated with construction delays. I drive by daily and I can’t seem to see any work going on and the doors are always shut. Anyone know anything? I’m excited about this shop still though I don’t know the full concept. Was hoping for a funky shop where I might buy boutique denim that isn’t blue 7.
They are still moving forward, just very slowly.
