It would have served them well to have hired a top-notch staging crew for a space there. For some, it's difficult to see potential when all you see is concrete everywhere.

I think the flaws would be hard to cover, even with extensive and professional staging.

Surely this is a misprint? Are they really asking $450,000 for the whole thing now. Someone is taking a bath. I suspect it is only the bottom unit and they screwed up the listing.

Looking at the listing, it is a little off, but I think it is the commercial space on the ground floor for sale.

"Located on the bottom floor of a 6-unit condo building, this space has a restroom and is perfect for just about anything. With its central location and easy access to major highways, this space is ideal for businesses that want to be in the heart of the action."

But it does look off that it says it is $450,000 for six units at $75,000 per unit...

Agreed. I think it's just for the first floor space. But it also says it's 800sf so at $450k they're asking over $560/sf for an unfinished concrete box. Can't imagine anyone biting on that.

I also didn’t think people would pay over $500/sf for a condo, but here we are. 😀

I have been watching this "development" for years now and I went by yesterday. It's still not finished ... Is that correct ?

The units are listed on Air BnB:

They are also trying to sell the entire complex.

I can't find the old photo that I took a few years back of this site before construction began, when it was barely two brick outer walls that were falling apart but the missing south facade had a life-sized painted banner of what the front entrance would look like. This space had more character back then.

I have been watching these units via Airbnb and it appears guests are really enjoying staying here. The units seem to all be running near 5 star reviews. It looks like most of the stays according to the schedule are surrounding weekends and people's first time stays in OKC.

One of them has two bad reviews. Here is some Cons from one of the reviews from 4 days ago.

"Cons:
- Cleaning crew definitely didn't do their best work before we arrived (dirty floors, food residue on cooktop, stained sink, etc.)
- General shoddy build (exposed drywall along the floor, main bedroom's sink didn't drain well because it wasn't installed to be level, broken toilet paper holder in second bath upon our arrival, unsafe fire exit that we used because the elevator was broken)"

I may have missed it, but are they still planning a bodega style store in this development?
