Anybody have any information about the old Steel Supply Co. building, it backs up to Wheeler park development, and looks as if it's vacant, and they are doing a lot of clearing and cleaning.14030

Looks like they went out of business in 2015 and auctioned everything off (http://www.lippardauctions.com/auction/271924/1110-steel-supply-company-oklahoma-city-ok/). After the auction, the property was sold to Bricktown Real Estate in November 2015 for $1.275 MM (http://newsok.com/article/5463290). I can not find any permits for the property indicating what may be happening here, however; it may just be cleaning the property up for reuse or sale.

Who is Bricktown real estate? I don't think it's a coincidence that a building that backs up to wheeler was purchased by someone out of Bricktown, I could be wrong but I bet there is more than meets the eye here.

Doing some more digging, the guys that bought the building is the Brewer boys from Bricktown event center. I heard they're calling it the 5 points project, not real sure what it will be used for.
