Went to go run there the other day and noticed the pathway on the west side of the Park was fenced in as well as the area just north a bit on the east end of the little creek was fenced. Looked around for a Park volunteer with no luck and the few people I did talk to seemed unhappy with it. Does anyone know whats going on?
