OU just beat Baylor in come-from-behind style to land in the semi-finals of the national golf championship.
Sooners play Illinois in a semi that starts in about an hour.
Defending champs Oregon just eliminated OKlahoma State and will play Vanderbilt.
The two semi winners will play tomorrow for all the marbles.
Sooners easily dispatched Illinois in the semifinals.
Will play winner of Vanderbilt and Oregon in the finals tomorrow.
Sooners and Oregon tee off starting at 2:10 today for the national championship.

This definitely came out of nowhere, but we'll see if we can pull it off.
Coach Ryan Hybl -- who inherited a program that was pretty bleak in 2009 -- has quietly done a great job.
Only one senior on this team as well.

Not sure a lot of OU fans really appreciate just how good OU's athletics have it right now under his leadership. The kind of success we're enjoying across different sports (not just football) is almost an abundance of riches, and all roads point back to Joe C...and the man who hired him.

I'm friends with Bill and Kay, even though i've not seen them since 1998. Great people and athletes alike. Bill played opposite at linebacker with Jackie Shipp on the 1975 championship team.
Didn't take much to recruit him to OU.
Sooners have taken the first 2 matches from Oregon and only need one of the last 3 to win the title.
OU is ahead in one match, tied in another and behind in the 3rd. Just need one victory to clinch.

If Dalke wins 17 or Reinertson wins 18, Sooners have their second Div-1 title.
Dalke (son of former football national champion) wins it for the Sooners.
