In late July, early August, 25-30 people are going to be in town for two days of meetings. Typically, it is on a Monday, Tuesday. The majority of the people are here in OKC, but 8-10 others will be coming in from out of town. On Monday, the people from out of town will fly into OKC and we will meet in the afternoon and then go out to dinner. Then, the next day, we will meet in the morning and then do something in the afternoon before their flight back that evening.

I am looking for a nicer restaurant to privately seat 25-30, with the ability to have a projector and screen for a short presentation. My immediate thoughts were Red Prime (upstairs) and Broadway10.

Also, we need an event in the evening that everyone can participate in. I think a Dodgers game would be great and we could rent a suite/box due to the time of year. I thought about the Whitewater Rapids, but that wouldn't include everyone and people would have to bring swimsuits and dry off later, before their flight home.

Any other ideas? Thanks in advance.

I forgot that The Ranch has private dining as well. I will also suggest that one.

Upstairs at RED is great space and they have full A/V capabilities.

Mahogany Downtown also has several rooms that offer private dining.

On the activity side, I thought about advising of hanging out at Main Event. It will be during a work day, so I don't think it would be too busy. Last year they did TopGolf and that was fun, but they want to do something different.

If they are adventurous, iFLY might be interesting for them.

I think all of the major steakhouses have private rooms capable of handling that capacity.

So I'd probably make a decision about what events/activities you want to do before/after dinner and choose whatever is best logistically...Heck, you might even convince Mickey Mantle's to drive you all around in limousines before or after dinner.

I think vast has private dining rooms as well. Dodgers should have a suite you can rent just call the ticket office.

Depending on food preference, Crabtown has nine banquet space upstairs
