Does anybody know what is going to be built on this corner? It's near my house and apparently zoned for commercial use, so I'm hoping it's something we could really use out here.

Unaware of what is planned, but I did note this morning that they have installed a stand alone electrical panel (fairly large) on a concrete slab.

It appears that it will be a new cell phone tower. A large electrical panel has been installed along with a large round concrete pedestal with bolts for some sort of tower.
