Does anyone know why there isn't a road from meridian to rockwell on 192nd street, or if there is a plan to connect this area. Lots of housing going in near there and its kinda surprising it doesn't connect there.

just looking at a map, it appears to me as if deer creek runs pretty much the same place where 192nd would otherwise be... so likely it was deemed too difficult/expensive to lay the roadbed in that section.

I'm assuming by 192nd you mean Danforth? It looks like there's a house or two that lie where the road would go. Probably not worth the eminent domain to do that.

Since 192nd is a section line, the reason it doesn't punch through to Rockwell is most likely because of geographical reasons. Deer Creek meanders back and forth across the section line and it would have been deemed unnecessary to build multiple bridges in such a short distance out in the middle of nowhere. There were lots of other roads done the same way in many locations.

And the area closest to Rockwell appears to be private property with pretty substantial house on the property.
