Saw a permit that was applied for in December to build a Starbucks at SW 104th and May. That news brightened my day considerably - so for any other "far Southwest OKC'ers" - I thought I'd share and maybe it will brighten your day also! Or at least give you fair warning so you can start adjusting your budgets accordingly for when they finally open. ;)

Crests address is 10601 - soooooooo ... gonna go with 10515 is the same side of the street. Southwest side, just a little more towards 104th (but still south) - so, yeah. SW corner of 104th and May, sticking with that.

True. Odd numbered addresses are on the West side of the street in OKC and even numbers on the East side.

According to county assessor records, you all are correct: 10515 S May Ave is the parcel immediately north of the McDonalds in front of Crest, on the west side of May. The Starbucks parcel will take up approximately 40% of the remaining vacant land on that corner.

Yeah that more or less crushes my hope of getting some sort of restaurant on that corner. But Pub W is turning out to be a good place, so there's that. I'm certainly not complaining with a Starbucks in sneezing distance :)

To clarify, that vacant land on the corner, between the intersection of SW 104 and May and the entrance road for Crest, is split into two parcels; the Starbucks will occupy the southern half of that land. The parcel at the immediate corner of SW 104th and May will still be vacant for the time being.
