" Americans are on the go now more than ever. Little time is spent preparing food for our busy lives. Poor planning leads to poor food choices. Health issues are on the rise due to the quality of the foods we consume.
Fast food usually translates to unhealthy processed foods. We want to offer our on the go local community a better option by preparing fresh quality ingredients fast!
These factors led to the birth of Ok'Sadilla. "

Their menu is on their website - http://www.oksadilla.com. Looks interesting, it's not far from the office so I'll have to give it a try for lunch sometime!

Drove by this last week, didn't see the "O" in "OK'sadilla", read it as "Ksadilla" so didn't find anything local and meant to ask. Glad it's a thing. Hope the location doesn't hamper it too much...

The website looks a little rough but quesadillas are one of my favorite forms of caloric intake so it's a must try for me.

Had lunch there today.

No prices on the menu so ordered the BBQ chicken quesadilla and bottled water. Total was just over $15, without tip.

Really liked the corn that comes as a side but the quesadilla was pretty flavorless. The little side of salsa was clearly from a jar of Pace or similar.

Tell me you ate half the quesadilla before taking the pic or that it is stacked two deep because $15 seems high for that.

It is stacked 2 high; four total pieces.

Still seems kind of pricey.

Yah.. comparing to where else I can eat for 15.00.. I'd say its a bit over priced for quesadilla.

My big complaint was that there's not a water pitcher somewhere for you to have tap water instead of bottled water. I thought it was tasty though yes small.

Right, I asked for water and was given and charged for bottled water.

I had a really great quesadilla at Revolucion for $8 and it came with two generous servings of freshly made sauces plus their standard 3 sauces in squeeze bottles.

LOVE the corn at Ok'Sadilla though. Like cream corn but very tasty; likely loaded with cheese.

After looking at their logo I can see why you missed the O. I'd have thought it was Ksadilla too and I bet most people do. The O isn't emphasized enough IMO to denote it's part of the word.
