soonerguru 05-15-2018, 12:16 PM This turned out pretty well. I remember seeing a lot of slings and arrows being directed at this development a few months back.

HangryHippo 06-11-2018, 09:23 AM This has turned out better than I thought it would...
PaddyShack 06-11-2018, 09:51 AM The wife and I walked around here this past Friday, we actually went and had Urbun for the first time. I cannot wait until they are finished and install some lights, it gets very dark once you pass the 23rd St Piercing place. I agree with the people who call for cutting 23rd down to a 2 lane road, the cars definitely have speed behind them and it just seems very dangerous to walk on the sidewalks, especially since the sidewalks are right on the street with nothing except for the curb.
5alive 06-11-2018, 10:23 AM I like the look of the building very much...the puzzling part is the placement of the two doors on the corner entrance. I guess I just like designs to be symmetrical.
Here is the floorplan for that corner space.
The original plans showed the exterior doors in the middle of the storefront but I suspect they were moved to provide more seating area, which is already limited. There will be patio seating out front.
Also, if it wasn't clear before... Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins will share this space in a co-branding arrangement. Haven't seen building permits for the other spaces in this project.

HOT ROD 06-13-2018, 01:50 PM seems like a LOT of kitchen space for a donut and ice cream shop - just never thought or realized they needed more space than the actual patron area.
but I love the building -anyway- and hope we get more of this.
^
There will be a drive-thru and large patio.

David 07-18-2018, 09:04 AM Such a lovely development. The brick and the accents, it puts a smile on my face.

5alive 09-22-2018, 03:28 PM Love the little round Baskin Robbins sign
Urbanized 09-22-2018, 03:35 PM Most unfortunate that is being built so close to where I live. And I was doing so good on my weight loss...
shawnw 09-22-2018, 04:13 PM If every chain built like this where would we be as a society?
HOT ROD 09-27-2018, 02:59 AM dark windows though???
shawnw 09-27-2018, 09:46 AM In their slight defense, having lived on the West side of Classen tower for more than six years, that west sun is brutal.
shawnw 10-16-2018, 10:13 AM I guess it's open now? Looks like it on social
