Since the demolishment of Eagle Point Apartments, formerly located at 759 S. Scott St., has anyone heard any news/talk about the development of the land which seems to have turned into a grazing pasture? I think it’s a great location to rebuild a new apartment complex especially considering the access to I-40 which is about 5-10 minutes away from downtown OKC. Del City could definitely use a newer apartment complex considering that the majority look like they were built in the 70’s or earlier. http://newsok.com/article/3506394

Only problem is that Del City has been burned by crappy apartment complex owners in the past so don't expect then to allow another to be built anytime soon. Also most of the old apartment lots have been rezoned for commircal use only.
