Plans have been submitted for a proposed indoor recreation center that would feature huge wall-to-wall trampoline rooms, trampoline Dodgeball courts, trampoline slam dunk baskets, foam pit, indoor skydiving and more.

Will dozens of locations across the U.S., Urban Air Trampoline Park bills itself as “the nation's premier indoor trampoline and adventure parks”.

The Oklahoma City location is already listed on Urban Air's website and the location would be on Memorial Road just west of Portland at 4105 W. Memorial.

The property is owned by auto dealer David Frayer of The Key Inc. who originally proposed a unique office building (http://www.okctalk.com/showthread.php?t=41370) for the same site.

Plans show a larger indoor skydiving wind tunnel, similar to the iFLY facility (http://www.okctalk.com/showthread.php?t=40322) that recently opened in Chisholm Creek at Memorial and Western. Other possible amenities include a bowling alley and a glow-in-the-dark playground.

They are big fun and lots of different things to do.

The trampoline dodgeball leagues sound like a blast.

I noticed a couple of weeks ago they actually mowed this lot and smoothed some dirt out. I was wondering if they were planning on doing anything with it.

Although a tornado building would be cool, any place that actually gets built is substantially cooler.

Looks like a good development.

I would like to see turns lanes on Memorial before it gets too congested.

Omg this place looks awesome. I get why they are building here, but put this at Canal level in Lower Bricktown and you'd have a huge money maker.

It would also be a good fit for the boathouse area, with all the additional recreation there.

It would be a great fit in the Boathouse District!

I've always wanted to go to one of these places.

Torn knee waiting to happen, at least that's what I felt like when I went to one for a birthday party my daughter was attending.
