The Ross Group is starting construction on their $24 million project to restore The Tulsa Club Building. This is one of Tulsa's best art deco buildings and has long been on the list of Oklahoma's most endangered places. The Bruce Goff designed structure was built in 1927 and has been empty for almost 20 years.

The grand ballroom will be restored and there will be restaurants on the 2nd and top floors with a 98 room Curio by Hilton boutique hotel on the other floors.
