what I know of as Oklahoma Caviar is a mix of onions, corn and beans and blackeyed peas and I know I am missing some ingredients. usually served with chips kind of like a Pico?

RibCrib is doing a smoked bird and smoked ham combo. We had it last week for office lunch.

Bad Brads in Yukon - real good too. You can buy theirs or take them your own, but it's getting a little late since they need a couple of days.

I haven't paid to have a turkey in a long time, but the last time I did it cost $.20 per pound. Of course that was in the late 60's. Also, it was at a barbecue place at 15th and Broadway. It's a standalone building that is now Access Medical Centers.

Actually, I was working for Hertz at the time, so it was somewhere between 1973 and 1978 before we left Lincoln Plaza.
