Does anyone know what is going in just north of NW 164th and May? Hopefully not Apartments.

East or west of May?

East of May, just North of 7-11. Is there something going in on the NW side of that intersection (NW 164th & May)? Rose creek area?

On the east side is Domain Office Park.

On the west side there is nothing planned that I know of.

Looks like there will be a couple of retail buildings (spec, for lease) along may with small office buildings to the east.

It's by Aria Development of Norman, who has done a whole host of similar projects.
