Just read in the planning agenda where they are applying to rezone an area on SW74th between Villa and Sherwood to SPUD for condo's. Thought this was interesting cause a lot of those apartments are fairly blighted and the area could use something nice like what this appears to be. Looks like it's being done by the broadway development group which appear to have done some nice projects.

I wonder if they will be rentals or for sale. I hope this contributes to a revitalization of this area.

At SW 74th and Sherwood, there are condos on both sides of Sherwood on south side. On northside is an apt complex. There is an empty lot just to the east of the condos on corner. That is the only place unless they are going to tear down something. This is just southwest of the OHP station. This is interesting as the going rentals in that area for 2 bedroom condos is 500-600/mo. (I own a rental condo at 74th and Sherwood)
